I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lucy, and she exceeded all expectations! She cared for my kitten for 4 days, with two visits each day, and her attention to detail was impeccable. Lucy was amazing! My timid rescue cat, who usually hides from strangers, warmed up to her right away—taking treats from her hand and purring on the very first day. Lucy took exceptional care of our elderly cat, giving regular photo updates and letting us know when she visited and for how long. It's really clear that Lucy takes her petcare work super seriously, we had a really thorough pre-briefing catch up, she took lots of notes, clarified where required and sent us a summary message afterwards. If you want somebody to look after your pets who is equal parts caring and professional we can highly recommend Lucy!

Lucy was very easy to communicate with and took her time to ask a lot of questions about both the animals and our expectations with regards to sitting. We met a couple of times to go over everything to make sure she had every little detail covered... Our boys loved their time with Lucy (even our elusive cat). She sent an update with pictures every evening and that gave use great peace of mind when leaving our babies (the cat for the first time ever!). Would definitely recommend Lucy (and her partner) to anyone wanting a lovely and genuinely caring pet sitter.
